Users can add vehicle information on Leads, Quotes and Orders by importing VINs instead of typing in Make and Model information.  To do this users will click on "Import VIN" button on the Vehicles Tab:

In the dialog box user will enter up to 50 VINs to be imported.  ** Please note: for BATS to bring you this feature at no additional cost we are using a publicly available VIN lookup system.  Sometimes this system gets very busy and the import may time out.  if this happens please try to import one or two VINs at a time.

Based on how many VINs you are importing it may take up to 30 seconds to import vehicle information.
