When this feature is enabled it tells BATS to scan all of the company's Quotes that were created manually by an agent in the period between 5 and 10 minutes prior and will enable a Sales Email Campaign if one has not been started already.  This prevents Quotes from not having an email campaign enabled if agent forgets to do it.

When agents create new Quotes manually sometimes they forget to start an email campaign, hence missing an opportunity to stay in contact with that prospect.  This feature fixes that problem by automatically enabling a Sales Email Campaign on those Quotes.  This is done by system scanning all Quotes that were crated in a period of 5-10 minutes prior and enables the campaign if one was not already started.  The reason for the 5 minute delay is that it gives the agent enough time to finish processing the Quote before the system decides that it should start the campaign automatically.

The system will match the appropriate Sales Email Campaign to the Quote based on the Sales Email Campaign criteria set up for your company.  If there is no criteria match, then the system will use the Sales Email Campaign that is designated to be the "fallback" campaign.
