BATS V5 is Almost Here!

It's been a busy year on many fronts for the BATS team, but we are most excited about BATS Version 5 which is nearing completion. Our teams have worked hard for over a year to completely rewrite the BATS application using modern architecture, which will improve our ability to deliver important updates in the future, as well as to improve overall performance and experience for you, our valued customers.

What’s staying the same:

We’ve kept the interface you know and love. Buttons, menus, and fields are exactly where you expect them —no retraining needed. But, V5 will definitely feel new (with updated colors, fonts, and shapes) but it will be instantly familiar.

Dramatically faster page loading and navigation
All-new Global Search V5
New Central Dispatch integration architecture with real-time success/error feedback

Release plan:

Designed for minimal disruption. Originally we planned an earlier, phased rollout, but after testing we decided that migration to a fully finished V5 will deliver the best, most consistent experience. We’ll begin migrating customers in Q1 2026 in controlled waves so our support team can give every company the attention it deserves.
