Sales email campaigns make it easy to execute the email marketing strategy for your company. In some cases, the marketing message to a customer may need to change based on information gathered during the sales cycle.

BATS makes it easy to switch to an alternate email campaign on a quote by quote basis. 

To change an email campaign for a specific quote first open the quote and navigate to the "Sales Campaign Status" section.

 

Click the arrows to the right of the current active sales campaign.

Then click on the new sales campaign. In the example below the new campaign selected is "Alternate Sales Campaign".

Click ok to finalize the change.

The emails scheduled count is now updated to display the current amount of emails scheduled on the new campaign plus the number of email already sent.
