Company Dashboard are a quick and easy way to visually see the performance of your company. 

 

By default the Company Dashboard are filtered to show you the current months performance. You may want to view your dashboard for a time period different from the current month, with BATS smart chart feature, viewing different time periods is simple. 

 

For example, lets say you would like to view the dashboards showing performance over the past year. 

 

First click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the Chart "Dispatched by Day"

 

 

Next click the "Dispatched Date" Filter

 

 

 

A menu will appear on the left hand side of the screen. Click Date Filters

 

 

Click the drop down and scroll to "this year", then click Apply

 

 

All of the charts on this page are now displaying the performance for this year. 

 

Let's take this one step further. 

 

In this example we only want to look at your company performance for a single Lead Source

 

Click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the Chart "Dispatched by Source"

 

Next click the "Source" Filter

 

On the menu that appears on the left hand side of the screen. Click the check box for the source you want to display.

 

Click Apply. 

 

All of the charts on the Company Dashboard page are now displaying performance data for the lead source you selected over the past year.

 

Not only can you filter all of the charts to drill down to the specific information you want to see, you can also resize each chart.

 

Again start by clicking on the 3 dots on the chart you want to resize, then click on Small, Medium or Large
