Control users' ability to change the assigned user or team on Quotes and Orders

We have created a new security Role in BATS that gives the business owner the ability to control which users have the permission to change the assigned user or team on Leads, Quote and Orders.  This new Role is named "Can Edit Assigned User/Team":




When this Role is enabled for a user, then the user will be able to change the assigned user or team on an Opportunity.  



When the Role is disabled for the user, then the user will not be able to change the assigned user/team and the fields will be disabled:



 It does not matter if the current user is the assigned user on the Opportunity or not, this security setting applies system wide to all Opportunities.
