Deleting and Disabling Users in BATS
In the BATS system, there is no way to delete a user account. This was designed to keep all data tied to that user intact. If a user was accidentally, or even intentionally deleted, all records tied to that user would be deleted as well.
If you need to discontinue the use of an account, simply deactivate the user. Once the user is deactivated, you will no longer be billed for that specific user.
