How to enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) in BATS

How to enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) in BATS

BATS uses the most advanced technology available to enable additional level of security for accessing your account. We have implemented the 2FA method using third party authenticator apps such as Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator. Follow these instructions to enable 2FA for your account.

Notes
NOTE: Administrators can enable a reminder that will pop up every time a user logs into BATS to remind them to configure 2FA for their account.

To enable the reminder, an administrator for your company should navigate to Setup > System Settings > 2FA Reminder and set the dropdown value to "Yes".
Currently there is no way to enforce 2FA for users.
