How to bulk refresh postings from BATS to Central Dispatch




Starting with BATS version 3.3 users can "refresh" multiple orders on Central Dispatch with a click of a button.  Below are the step by step instructions on how to do that.

Warning
"Refreshing" an Order on Central Dispatch will unpost the existing listing from CD and will post a new listing for the Order.  This will count against your monthly posting limit on your Central Dispatch subscription.  User will be notified of this every time they use this feature and must accept the condition to proceed with refreshing the Orders.

This feature works only from the My Orders page and the Dispatch page in BATS.
  1. Go to the My Orders or Dispatch page in BATS 

  2. Hover over the Orders list to display the selection checkboxes, then select the Order(s) you want to refresh

  1. Click on the "Refresh CD" button in the menu bar

  1. Accept the condition if you want to proceed, or click Cancel if you change your mind.
    1. Please note: by clicking "Yes" you acknowledge that reposting orders will count against your posting limit on your Central Dispatch account and may incur additional charges from Central Dispatch. 


Alert
Please note that the refresh is not instantaneous, it may take a few minutes to process, depending on how many Orders were selected.   It is recommended to select maximum of 50 Orders at one time for the refresh action.
