How to bulk refresh postings from BATS to Central Dispatch




Starting with BATS version 3.3 users can "refresh" multiple orders on Central Dispatch with a click of a button.  Below are the step by step instructions on how to do that.

"Refreshing" an Order on Central Dispatch will unpost the existing listing from CD and will post a new listing for the Order.  This will count against your monthly posting limit on your Central Dispatch subscription.  User will be notified of this every time they use this feature and must accept the condition to proceed with refreshing the Orders.

This feature works only from the My Orders page and the Dispatch page in BATS.

  1. Go to the My Orders or Dispatch page in BATS
  2. If "Multi Selection" option is not enabled on the page, enable it by clicking on the menu under the BATS logo and select "Multi Selection" 

  1. Select the Orders that you want to refresh by checking the box next to the Order(s)

  1. Click on the "Refresh CD" button in the menu bar

  1. Accept the condition if you want to proceed, or click Cancel if you change your mind


Please note that the refresh is not instantaneous, it may take a few minutes to process, depending on how many Orders were selected.   It is recommended to select maximum of 50 Orders at one time for the refresh action.

User must have the appropriate permission to have access to this feature.
