How to send an email to multiple customers on Quotes

If you would like to send a mass email on Quotes please follow these steps:
  1. Go to My Quotes page
  2. Click on "My Quotes" submenu, then click "Multi Selection"
  3. Select the Quotes that you want to send the email to
  4. Click "Send Email" button
  5. Select the email template from the list and click "OK"
Note: Recommended best practices for this feature:
  1. Filter the list of quotes in My Quotes page first to narrow the list down to the quotes that you want to send the email to
  2. Do not send more than 100 emails at once as it will negatively impact your sending score and may affect deliverability of your emails
  3. The email templates that will be available in the list are the "Sales Email Campaign" type of email templates
