List of Available Merge Codes for SMS Messages in BATS

Here is the list of available merge codes that can be used in SMS message templates in BATS.

Description
[quote_id]
Will be replaced with Quote or Order number.
[first_name]
Customer's first name.
[link_to_edoc]
Shortlink to eDoc contract.
[u_name]
Assigned user/agent first name.
[total_carrier_pay]
Carrier pay amount formatted in US dollar format (ie. $1,234.00)
[tariff]
Total Tariff formatted in US dollar format (ie. $2,592.55)
[carrier_name_phone]
Carrier's company name and phone number as shown on Interested Carrier record.  This field will only work for SMS messages sent from Orders.
[driver_contact]
Driver's name and phone number as shown on Interested Carrier record.  This field will only work for SMS messages sent from Orders.
[first_vehicle]
Make and Model of the first vehicle on the Quote or Order.
[ship_date]
If type is Quote then this will be the "Ship Date", if type is Order then this will be the "First Available Date". Date will be presented in US format as mm/dd/yyyy (Example: 10/31/2020)
[o_city_st]
Origin city and state (Example: Miami, FL)
[d_city_st]
Destination city and state (Example: Dallas, TX)
[link_to_change_order]
Shortlink to the Change Order form
[link_to_cc]
Shortlink to the Credit Card input form
[list_of_vehicles]
List of all vehicles on the Order including vehicle year (Example: 2013 Mercedes CLA, 2016 Audi Q5)
[broker_fee]
Total Broker Fee formatted in US dollar format (ie. $500.00)
[u_Lname]
Assigned user/agent last name.
