Your company's account on BATS CRM can be placed on hold for a one month period during which time you will not incur monthly charges. An account can be placed on hold only once in a calendar year. An account cannot be placed on hold for a period shorter than one month. You must contact us via our support ticketing system to re-enable your account.
If the account is re-enabled before the one month period elapses, then you will be responsible for regular monthly charges during that period. BATS does not allow for placing an account on hold for period of less than a full month.
If the account is not re-enabled after the one month, it will be removed from BATS platform and placed in a temporary backup database for an additional one month period.
To restore the account from the backup database into the main system so that it can be re-enabled, you will have to pay a one time restore fee of $175 in addition to the regular subscription fee for the upcoming month of service based on the number of user accounts that will be enabled on the account.
If the account is not restored after one month in the backup database, it will be permanently deleted and all data will be removed from BATS system. At that point you will not be able to re-activate the account and will have to set up a new account on BATS and configure all the settings from scratch.
