• A Fresh New Look: Our new login page greets you with a sleek, beautiful design that sets the tone for changes coming this year.
• Revamped eDoc Platform: Customize your eDoc contracts like never before! You can now add your brand’s colors and logo, and use the preview feature to fine-tune the look and feel. Show off your professionalism with ease! Find out more here.
• Enhanced AQua Broker Fee Options: Flexibility at your fingertips! AQua now allows you to assign the broker fee “per vehicle” or “per opportunity.” Administrators can easily change this setting under System Settings > AQua section. For instance, if the broker fee is $250:
  • Per Opportunity: AQua splits the fee among the vehicles on that opportunity.
  • Per Vehicle: A $250 fee is applied to each vehicle on the opportunity.
• Desired Delivery Date Feature: Got a specific delivery timeline in mind? Now you can specify a desired delivery date for your posted orders. This date will be sent to Central Dispatch and displayed directly on your listings.
• Quick Sharing Made Simple: A short link URL is now visible on the Quote page. Easily copy it and share it with your customers for seamless communication.
• Time Zone Labels for Better Clarity: Never wonder about time zones again! A handy label next to the customer’s phone number shows their time zone, state, and the time offset from your company’s time zone. This feature is available on the Leads, Quotes, and Orders pages.
