How To Close Your BATS CRM Account
Account closure requests must be submitted in writing via our Help Desk. Please create
a ticket using this link.
When creating your ticket, make sure to clearly state your request to close the account. The request must originate from the primary email address on your BATS CRM account.
To speed up the process, include your company's Motor Carrier (MC) number in the ticket. This helps us verify your details efficiently.
Please be aware that your company's BATS CRM account can also be temporarily placed on hold for up to one month, during which you won't incur any monthly charges. Check out our policy on account holds, reinstatement, and purges by clicking here.
