Back in December, we shared that BATS Version 5 was on the way and that we would begin migrating customers in early 2026. Since then, our team has been hard at work continuing to refine, test, and enhance the platform to ensure Version 5 delivers the best possible experience from day one.

We’re excited to share that customer migrations will begin within the next week or so.

Soon you will receive a separate tailored email from our team that will include:

• Your specific migration date
• A simple checklist to review ahead of time
• Helpful guidance to make your transition smooth and easy

The migration process has been designed to be seamless, and there will be no disruption to your leads, quotes, or orders during the transition.  

Version 5 represents a major step forward for BATS, and we’re excited for you to begin experiencing the improvements and enhancements it brings.
