BATS Environment Setup Checklist

To ensure a smooth onboarding and optimal use of BATS CRM, follow this checklist to complete your environment setup. Each step is critical for proper system functionality, automation, and integration.

InfoMust-Have Setup Steps

Complete all of the following to ensure your BATS system is functioning correctly:

  1. Configure all settings in System Settings section in BATS
  2. Configure your DKIM Keys
  3. Link your Central Dispatch Account: Connect your CD account to BATS for seamless integration for Dispatching and Order updates (*if you use Central Dispatch)
  4. POTUS email setup (*if you use Central Dispatch)
  5. eDoc Setup: Add your company logo and colors to your eDoc
  6. Customer terms and Carrier terms: enter into BATS in System Settings
  7. Email Templates: Understand how to utilize Email Templates in the BATS System
  8. Lead Sources: Create lead sources in BATS. 
  9. Train your users: BATS Academy
